We’ve kept the buying process as simple as possible:

Step 1: After perusing the web site and finding the products you want, email us at sales@tape-market.co.za or fax 086 671 9499 with your order. Prices can often  be found on this website, but if they are not, you can request a quote at the same contact details.

Step 2: We will email you your invoice for checking.

Step 3: Pay the invoice by bank transfer or direct cheque/cash deposit into the bank account details indicated on the invoice and notify us by fax or email of the payment. We recommend the use of electronic bank transfer as this will help prevent any delays in waiting for clearance periods.

Step 4: On receipt of funds we will send you your goods or have them made ready for collection, depending on your choice. Naturally products which are not stock items will only be sent after their respective lead time.

For a common stock size, this process can be done within 24 hours which is as good as any traditional ordering system - if not better.
