Flagging tape is a non-adhesive plastic tape available in various colours. It is commonly used to mark out areas in a similar fashion to barrier tape, particularly during surveying and mining operations. The different colours will be used to indicate different grade areas as an example.
The flagging tape can be found in black, blue, green, grey, orange, pink, red, white and yellow. Typical widths are 24mm, 30mm and 48mm, but the tape can be cut to other widths too. It is only available in 50m lengths as a stock size.
Special colours, different thickness’ and longer lengths can be arranged but you will then be subject to minimum quantities of around 500Kg per colour
The flagging tape is made from a 100 micron thick opaque polyethylene plastic.
